Towing FAQs

Our dumpster rental service is simple! Choose the right dumpster size for your project, and
schedule a delivery date online. On your delivery date, we will deliver your dumpster, you fill it
up, and we’ll haul it away at the end of your rental. When you’re finished, simply call or text us.
We’ll come to haul away your dumpster rental promptly so you can focus on your project.
If we don’t hear from you before the end of your scheduled time, we will pick up your dumpster
on the last day of your rental period.
We deliver our dumpsters between 8am–8pm. Our delivery times are not guaranteed. We will
deliver the dumpster on the day promised; however, the exact time is unknown due to
unpredictable wait times at landfills. We will send you a text or call when we’re en route to your
location.

Choosing the right dumpster size depends on your project. A 10-yard dumpster is great for
small cleanouts, while a 40-yard dumpster is ideal for large construction jobs. Many customers
request swap-outs during their rental if they fill up unexpectedly. We’re happy to talk you through
your options.

We offer fast delivery, often within 24–48 hours of booking. Availability depends on your
location and demand, so we recommend scheduling in advance. Same-day delivery may also
be possible—call us if needed.

Our standard dumpster rental period is typically 7 days, but we can offer flexible extensions if
you need more time. Let us know your schedule and we’ll accommodate it.

Pricing depends on dumpster size, rental duration, and your location. To see the sizes we offer
and the pricing for each, visit our Dumpster category / pricing table.

We accept most types of waste (residential trash, construction debris, appliances, mattresses,
electronics).
We DO NOT haul concrete, dirt, or bricks.
If a dumpster is overloaded with restricted items (e.g. concrete, dirt, bricks), you’ll be
responsible for removing those items and may face additional charges.
Hazardous materials (chemicals, batteries, tires, paints) are strictly prohibited.

That happens frequently. We’re happy to offer a swap-out during your rental period. Contact us
to discuss pricing and schedule.

No, you don’t need to be there. Just give us any special instructions when ordering (gate code,
placement instructions, etc.).

If the dumpster is placed on a public street or sidewalk, a permit may be required. On private
property, permits usually are not needed. We can help you check local regulations.

We require a spot at least 15′ long × 10′ wide, or space sufficient for a truck or SUV to access
it.

Yep, all the time! We love to schedule tows for a future date. You will get an accurate tow truck arrival time and an exact price for your towing services.

If your dumpster rental exceeds the included weight limit, additional charges will apply. Our
trucks are weighed at dump locations; if tonnage is exceeded, we’ll charge the overage to your
card.

You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. However, if damage occurs due to
negligence (e.g. using heavy equipment, hitting the side of the dumpster), you will be liable for
damage costs — up to full replacement cost.

All orders require payment on or before delivery.

We offer a variety of sizes. To see exact sizes and pricing, check our Dumpster category /
