1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or requesting services from Big Will’s Towing & Recovery, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Big Will’s Towing & Recovery provides vehicle towing, transport, and roadside assistance services (including jump starts, tire changes, and lockouts) to motorists in Goldsboro, Wayne County, and surrounding areas.
All service ETAs (Estimated Times of Arrival) provided by our dispatch are estimates and are subject to change based on weather, traffic, and prior emergency calls.
We reserve the right to refuse service if the situation is deemed unsafe for our operators or equipment.
3. Payment and Fees
Payment Due: Payment for all towing and roadside services is due in full at the time of service unless a prior commercial account agreement has been established.
Accepted Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.
Storage Fees: Vehicles stored at our facility will accrue daily storage fees. Rates are available upon request and apply starting from the date the vehicle arrives at our lot.
Liens: Failure to pay for towing or storage services will result in Big Will’s Towing & Recovery exercising our legal right to place a lien on the vehicle and pursue the sale of the vehicle in accordance with North Carolina state law.
4. Liability and Damage Claims
Pre-Existing Damage: Our operators will perform a visual inspection of your vehicle prior to hooking up. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage, including mechanical failures or cosmetic defects.
Personal Property: Big Will’s Towing & Recovery is not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items, electronics, or valuables left inside the vehicle during transport or storage. Please remove all valuable items before giving our operator the keys.
Damage During Transit: While we take every precaution to ensure damage-free towing, any claims regarding damage caused directly by our operators must be reported to our management in writing within 24 hours of the service completion.
5. Unclaimed and Abandoned Vehicles
Any vehicle left at our facility without communication or payment for an extended period will be considered abandoned. We process all abandoned vehicles strictly according to North Carolina General Statutes. Owners will be notified via certified mail to the registered address before any auction or disposal actions are taken.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Wayne County, North Carolina.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
